5.Cause of occurrence:Dongguan TaiSol Electronics Co., Ltd. had suspended
production on March 16 in accordance with local government's order to
prevent the spread of COVID. According to the latest government's
announcement, the Company has resumed production on March 21.
6.Countermeasures:The Company will continue to comply with the epidemic
prevention regulations and epidemic prevention measures of the local
government to maintain the Company's environmental safety and employees'
health.
