(TSX: TBL), ("Taiga" or the "Corporation") today announced its Rights Offering, which expired at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on March 26, 2009, received little investor support, as expected, and as a result, nominal proceeds were derived from the Rights Offering.
As previously reported in its news release dated March 23, 2009, the Corporation is actively reviewing options and working with its financial advisors to develop and review potential strategic alternatives to address its leveraged capital structure.
