NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS
São Paulo, December 9th, 2025 - SYN prop e tech S.A. ("Company"), a category A publicly held company registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), hereby informs its shareholders that, at Board of Directors meeting held on this date, the distribution of interim and intermediate dividends was approved in the total amount of BRL 64,000,000.00 (sixty-four million reais), corresponding to BRL 0.4192750021135720 per share, calculated considering the total shares issued by the Company.
The dividends will be paid, in local currency, in a single installment, on December 19, 2025, based on the shareholding position existing with the bookkeeping agent of the Company's shares on December 12, 2025, inclusive, and the shares will be traded "ex-dividends" as of December 13, 2025, (including).
