CALGARY, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SYZ) ("Sylogist" or
the "Company") announces the following additions and changes to its senior
management team.
Thando Moyo, has assumed the role of Vice President and Sylogist's Chief
Technology Architect. Thando joined Sylogist in April and has extensive
experience with technology architecture including SAP. Thando is a certified
SAP professional who previously worked for Siemens (U.K.), SAP, IBM and
TransAlta. Thando holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees both from Hertfordshire
University (U.K.) with a M.B.A. degree from Middlesex University (U.K.).
Bob Mailloux has joined Sylogist as Director of Systems Infrastructure.
Bob is a Certified SAP professional with a wealth of industry experience. He
will play a key role in designing, building and administering Sylogist's
managed services infrastructure along with supporting client infrastructure
requirements. Bob holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Waterloo.
Allan Heinrich has been promoted to Director of Integration Solutions.
Allan has been with Sylogist for several years, most recently as a manager of
product development for Sylogist's successful Sylobridge and Syloway
integration products. As part of Allan's new position he will increase his
business development role with customers and channel partners.
Gail Kathol has assumed a consulting role as Project Director for
Sylogist's Municipal Shared Services initiative. Gail is a Chartered
Accountant and certified SAP professional who has extensive experience in
managing and implementing large scale ERP projects.
Simon Batcup has resigned his position as Managing Director. Simon played
a significant role in restructuring the Company over the past few years and
has decided to undertake an opportunity in the transportation industry. We
wish him success with his new position and appreciate his support in the past
and future.
