This is to inform you that the members of the Company have at 79th AGM held on Friday,12th September, 2025 based on the recommendation of Board of Directors, appointed M/s Jigar Vyas & Associates, PCS, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from the FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
