Surat Trade And Mercantile Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 1st April, 2026 as communicated earlier vide our letter dated 23rd March 2026 and shall remain closed till Thursday, 28th May, 2026 in terms of the ''Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited'' pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
