at the board meeting held today, the board of directors of the Company has discussed and approved the following-i. Approval of draft Notice for calling of 33rd Annual General Meeting along with draft of Directors' Report for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026;ii. The 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, 1st August, 2026.iii. Appointment of M/s Shailesh Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, (FRN- 115359W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026- 2027.
