'Star Navigation' (TSX.V: SNA) (FSE: s3o), a developer of In-Flight Safety and Fleet Monitoring Systems, confirmed today that it has applied to the TSX-Venture Exchange for approval of the extension of the warrant term attaching to warrants issued as part of the Company's private placement accepted for filing September 15, 2005. Specifically, the Company has applied to extend the expiry date of 3,040,000 warrants, from August 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006. This is not an amendment to the exercise price.
