(hereinafter the "Company") hereby announces that regarding purchase of treasury stock in accordance with the provisions of Articles of Incorporation based on Article 459, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Companies Act, the Company executed the purchase of its shares on the market as described below.
The Company also announces that the purchase of treasury stock in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 29, 2024 was completed on February 5, 2025.
