Standard Chartered Kenya Limited has taken judicial notice of the Supreme Court's ruling dated 5th September 2025 in relation to the Retirement Benefits Authority Tribunal judgement on the Pensions case.

We have initiated a structured process to execute the judgement in accordance with the legal requirements and are committed to maintaining open communication with affected pensioners.
