Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of N4.00 (Four Naira) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, that is, N63,607,076,984.00, subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday 04 May 2026. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of N2.50 paid in September 2025, thus bringing the total 2025 dividend to N6.50. |
Proposed Bonus | NIL |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday 05 May 2026 to Tuesday 12 May 2026. |
Qualification Date | Monday 04 May 2026 |
Payment Date | On Tuesday 26 May 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Monday 04 May 2026 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website: https://firstregistrarsnigeria.com/download-forms/, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks. |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrars. |
