Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC Continuation of Closed Period and Notice of Meeting of the Board of Directors Lagos, 02 April 2026
In accordance with the provisions of Rule 17.18(b) Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited 2015, Issuers' Rules, we would like to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Closed Period for Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC ("the Company") which commenced on 01 December 2025 will continue to be in place until twenty-four (24) hours following the release of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS) and the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS) of the Company.
We would also like to note that in accordance with the Listings Rules of NGX as well as the Company's Internal Personal Account Trading Policy, we have advised all insiders of the Company (embargoed individuals) that they are prohibited from trading in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period.
Pursuant to the above and in accordance with the provisions of Section 19.2(b) of the Issuers' Rules, relating to Board Meetings and General Meetings of Issuers, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to hold on Friday, 24 April 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting will discuss amongst other items, the Company's 2026 Q1 UFS.
