Dates of publishing financial reports in 2017
Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publishing financial reports in 2016:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017 - 30.05.2017
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017 - 24.11.2017
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2017 including shortened half-year financial statement - 29.09.2017
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2016 - 21.04.2017
- consolidated annual report for 2016 - 21.04.2017
According to § 83 cl. 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance Stalprofil SA will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 102 cl. 1 and § 101 cl. 2 RMF the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2016 and the second quarter of 2017.
