Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and SPARC ELECTREX Limited "Code of Conduct for Insiders", the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close for Designated persons (as defined in Code) including their Immediate Relatives w.e.f. 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the Announcement of the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
