Common Bond Loan Issuance Announcement
SPACE HELLAS S.A. makes the announcement of the issuance of a common bond loan with a total nominal value (capital) of seven million euros (€ 7,000,000) according to the provisions of law 4548/2018, as in force. The issuer is SPACE HELLAS, and the bondholder, representative of bondholders, authorized representative for payments, initial bondholder and administrator is "ATTICA BANK S.A.". The loan will be used by the issuer for the payment of its long-term loan of the same amount in "ATTICA BANK S.A." and will have a duration of six (6) years.
