Sofia, Bulgaria, Мay 18, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 15, 2026 the Company sold 46 000 (forty-six thousand) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 86 820.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.89.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 804 500 representing 1.82% of the share capital of the Company.
