Sofia, Bulgaria, June 01, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 29, 2026 the Company sold 11 000 (eleven thousand) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 20 420.15 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.86.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 636 000 representing 1.79% of the share capital of the Company.
