Disbursement of Finnl Cash Dividend (D-18) through Electronic Mode
We are pleased to inform you that net amount of Final Cash Dividend (D-18) at Rs. 1.5/- per share i.e. @ 15% for the year ended 31.12.2025, as approved by the shareholders in their 34* Annual General Meeting convened on 12 March 2026, has been processed to be credited on 24 March 2026 through electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders, who have submitted their Computerized National Identity Cards ("CNIC") and valid International Bank Account Numbers ("IBANs")
Further, dividend amount has been withheld of those Shareholders who did not provide CNICs and valid IBAN details in compliance of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 and Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017.
In this respect, we intend to publish Notices in Business Recorder & Daily Nawa-e-Waqt (combined editions Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad) on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. A copy of such Notices is attached in compliance of Regulation No. 5.6.9 of the PSX Regulations that requires prior transmission.
Please circulate the same among the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
