We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its 214a meeting convened on 29 January 2026, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ahsan Mushahid Siddiqui as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 April 2026 in place of Mr. Muhtashim Ahmad Ashai, whose employment contract shall mature on 31 March 2026. This appointment is subject to clearance by the State Bank ofPakistan under the Fit and Proper Test requirements.
The Board of Directors also placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions and services rendered by the outgoing President & Chief Executive Officer and conveyed its best wishes for his future endeavors.
