This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Bank have resolved that the Register of TFC Holders' will remain closed from 22 May 2026 to 05 June 2026 (both days inclusive) for determination of Fifteenth profit, payable semiannually on the outstanding principal amount. The payments will only be made through digital mode by crediting into the bank accounts of those TFC holders, whose names will appear in the Register on close of business on Thursday, 21 May 2026.
Transfers received at the office of THK Associates (Pvt.) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, DHA, Phase 7, Karachi, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Bank, by the close of business on 21 May 2026 will be treated in time for the entitlement of profit.
Further, there is no change in our instrument rating and it remains at A ("Single A") as notified by PACRA in December 2025.
The draft of the Notice to TFC Holders (English & Urdu), which will be published in the Business Recorder and Nawa-e-Waqt on Friday, 08 May 2026, is attached in compliance with the regulation No. 5.d.9 of the PSX Rule Book.
