Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has been informed that the annual generalmeetingof Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SOMA") was held today, 23 April 2025 at 10:00(CEST). The minutes from the meeting are attached and will also be availableonwww.solstad-maritime.com.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in thenotice, including the conversion of the legal form of the company from aprivatelimited liability company to a public limited liability company (ASA), newarticles of association and new board of directors. SOMA is expected to beconverted into an ASA and thereby change its legal name to Solstad MaritimeASA,on or about 24 April 2025.
