Lysaker, 7 May 2025Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by AMSC ASA (underliquidation) (AMSC) on 6 May 2025 that the conditions for distribution ofdividend-in-kind in the form of 91,422,601 shares in Solstad Maritime ASA(previously Solstad Maritime Holding AS) (SOMA), as resolved AMSC's annualgeneral meeting on 24 April 2025, had been satisfied.The shares in AMSC will be traded ex dividend of 1.272 shares in SOMA pershareheld in AMSC (rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares) from today,7May 2025. Record date is 8 May 2025. In the event there are shares remainingafter rounding, such shares will be sold by AMSC for cash in the marketwithoutdirect compensation to shareholders. Proceeds from such sale will be part ofthefinal liquidation payment to shareholders.Further, for shareholders subject to withholding tax, a portion of thedividendshares will be withheld and sold by AMSC for cash in the market to cover suchtax.The dividend will be paid (with delivery to VPS accounts) no later than beforestart of trading on the first day of listing of SOMA's shares on Euronext OsloBørs, which is expected on or about 16 May 2025.
