SOL S p A : Group strengthens its telemedicine utions with the acquisition of 80% of the Italian company Aenduo s.r.l.

SOL Group announces the acquisition, through AIRSOL S.r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary of SOL SpA, of an 80% stake in the software company Aenduo s.r.l., thus assisting the founder, Marcello Pediconi, who holds the remaining 20%, in developing this innovative startup.
