SOL S p A : Group enters into a partnership with Andion and strengthens its presence in the liquefied biomethane (bio-LNG) sector.

The Group has acquired a 20% stake in BIOMETHAN GREEN 1 - SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA S.R.L., a company controlled by Andion Italy and engaged in the construction of a liquefied biomethane plant in Mirandola (MO), for a total investment exceeding €20 million.
