Notice of Surplus Dividend for FY2025 and FY2026 Dividend Forecast (Increase)

SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Eiichi Yonekura; "SKY Perfect JSAT") resolved dividends of retained earnings for the fiscal year ended March 2026, and forecasts of dividends for the fiscal year ending March 2027 at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, as follows:

1. Dividends of retained earnings for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2026 (April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026)
