Pursuant to regulation 6 of SEBI LODR Regualtion the vacancy of company secretary was required to be filled within 3 months from date of vacancy i.e 15th February 2026. However the New Comapny Secretary & Compliance Officer was appointed on 16th June 2026. Reason for the delay and efforts taken for filling the vacancy are submitted in this disclosure.
