(the "Company") hereby announces that at an extraordinary meeting of its Board of Directors held on February 10, 2026, the Company resolved matters pertaining to the purchase of treasury shares in accordance with Article 459, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act and Article 35 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, as well as matters pertaining to the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with Article 178 of the Companies Act, as follows.

   To introduce a flexible capital policy to promote capital efficiency and an appropriate allocation of cash flow (balance between investment in growth and shareholder returns) for the purpose of sustainable corporate value enhancement
