Northern Rivers Capital Management Inc. to make their initial investment
in SilverBirch
TORONTO, Jan. 31 /CNW/ - SilverBirch Inc. (TSX-V: SVB), a leading digital media company, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering of $300,000, by way of selling 1,000,000 units of the Corporation at a price of $0.30 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Corporation and one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.60 for two years from the date of issuance. The Corporation will pay a finder's fee of 7% in units.
The private placement is with Northern Rivers Capital Management Inc., and placed within its three funds under the 'Innovation' mandate, inclusive of the Northern Rivers Innovation Fund LP.
The offering is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
