The Company hereby announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, resolved to establish New Sales Marketing and Planning as follows.
Establishment of Sales Marketing and Planning Office
With the aim of further strengthening corporate competitiveness and restructuring the strategic functions of the SIIX Group's sales division, the "Sales Marketing and Planning Office" will be newly established under the direct control of the President. This office will play a central role in promoting cross-sectional projects across the Group, including strategy formulation, analysis from the customer's perspective, and creation of new business models in the sales domain, in close coordination with management strategy.
