The Company hereby announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, it resolved to record a loss on valuation of investments in affiliates as outlined below.

1. Loss on Valuation of Investments in Affiliates

   In light of the significant decline in the substantive value of the Company's investments in its consolidated subsidiaries, SIIX HUBEI Co., Ltd., SIIX Hungary Kft., and SIIX EMS Slovakia s.r.o., the Company resolved to record a loss on valuation of investments in affiliates totaling ¥5,416 million, consisting of ¥2,560 million, ¥2,189 million, and ¥666 million, respectively, as an extraordinary loss in the Company's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

2. Impact on Financial Results

   As a result of this matter, the Company will record an extraordinary loss of ¥5,416 million, which has already been recognized, in its non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

   In the consolidated financial statements for the same fiscal year, the financial position of the relevant subsidiaries is already reflected; therefore, the full amount will be eliminated in the process of capital consolidation.
