,Sis. blaham Khalid has resigned from die position of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from July II, 2025. The itoard has accepted her resignation and the following resolution were passed:
"RESOLVED that the resignation of Ms. hlaham Khnlid from the position of the Company Secretary be and is hereby accepted with effect from July t1, 202S."
Consequent upon the resignation of Els. blaham Khalid from the position of ComP 7 Secretary, the llosrd approved the appointment of Ms. Ayesha hari D/o Mr. Imran Ahmed Khan as Company Secreiary' of die Company, her appoinnnent was unanimously accepted by the Board and the following Resoluoon was passed:
"FURTHER RESOLVED that Ms. Ayesha Ikari be and is hereby appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from July 11, 2025."
