The Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sheryar Sajjad as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited, elective fom 29" April 2026.
Resolved that Mr. Sheryar Sajjad be and is hereby appointed as the Chief Operating Officer ofthe Company w ith effect from 04"' May 2026, on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between him and the Company.
