At the outset, 1 would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Commission for its confinued guidance and
support In ensuring compliance with corporate regulatory requirements.
The Company has been snaking every effort to flnallze the annual accounts and convene the Annual General meeting (AGM) for thefinanclal year ended June 30,2025. However. as per the annexed letterfrom our statutory auditors, the audit of the 8nancial statements 1s stlll ln progress and requires additional time to be completed. In addition, certain operational and legal developments have arisen durlng the audtt process which impact on the accounts and require further consideradon.
In view of the foregoing, it is respectfully requested that the Company may klndly be granted an extension of 3o days for holding the AGtd up to November 27, 2025 and laying the audited financial statements for the year ended lune 30, 2025.
