Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited ("Company") opens Spa-Massage in two places as follows.
- On June 6, 2022, Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited ("Company") has entered into a Spa Operating in Hotel with Agreement with Roxy Chalong Resort Co.,Ltd. ("Hotel Operator"), whom is non-related entity, in which the Company will run business for Spa and Health Massage at Noku Phuket Hotel, Phuket Province, under "Let's Relax" brand for the period of 1 years with renewal further 1 year per time. This branch has opened on the dated of August 1, 2022
- According to the resolutions of the Meeting of the Board of Directors No.3/2022 on August 10, 2022, the Board of Directors has approved that the Company will operate Spa-MassageOperating in Health Center named TRIA Medical Wellness Center of Piyavate Hospital Public Company Limited, whom is non-relatedentity, in order to run spa and/or health massage business under "Let's Relax" brand, for the period of 3 years with renewal term of 3 years. This branch is expected to open in the third quarter of 2022.
