based on the total value of consideration criterion, which has the highest result | |
equal to 0.02%( calculated from the consolidated financial statements ended | |
June 3 0 ,2 0 2 2 ) when combined with the acquisition of assets in the past | |
6 months, It has not yet reached the criteria to prepare and disclose the | |
information memorandum according to the Notification of the Capital Market | |
