Pursuant to Reg 32(1),(3) of LODR, we hereby confirm that there have been no public issue proceeds raised from IPO, FPO, rights issue, preferential issue, etc during the reporting quarter ended on 31st December, 2024. Hence the statement under Reg 32 (1)(3) is not applicable to the company.
