Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015,we are glad to inform that the Company has acquired an additional 39,45,000 equity shares pursuant to the acceptance of Right Issue Offer Letter received from Global Polyweave Private Limited ("Global Polyweave"). The total holding of the Company after such an acquisition is 40,00,000 equity shares i.e. 80% of Rs. 10/- each in "Global Polyweave". Further, also note that "Global Polyweave" was already a subsidiary company with prior holding of 55%.
