Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting is scheduled to be held for the formal exchange of the agreement entered into between M/s Trezor Technologies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Shree Refrigerations Limited, and M/s Smardt Chillers Pte. Ltd., a Singapore, a foreign entity.
