At its meeting held today, the Board of Directors made a determination to nominate candidates for changes in Representative Directors, etc., and hereby announces the details as described below.

With respect to the officer appointments, the election of Directors is subject to approval at the 102nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2026. Following the close of the upcoming General

Meeting of Shareholders, the positions of the officers are expected to be formally determined at the meeting of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee.

In order to further strengthen the separation and enhancement of the Board's management oversight function and business executive function and to enhance corporate governance, the Company plans to revise the composition of its Board of Directors and its Corporate Officer System as outlined below.

・In order to enhance the agility of decision-making and, to enable effective discussions from diverse

perspectives by increasing the proportion of outside directors on the Board, the Company plans to reduce the number of directors.

・The current Directors and Managing Corporate Officers will devote themselves exclusively to executive roles.

In connection with this, as to the current Managing Corporate Officers who did not serve as directors, their titles will be changed to Senior Corporate Officers.

The proposed officer appointments reflect the above-mentioned revisions.
