Under the Programme, the Company's ordinary shares will be purchased in the open market and cancelled to reduce the Company's ordinary share capital. The Company has entered into an agreement (the " Agreement ") with Citigroup Global Markets Limited (" Citi ") to undertake the Programme on its behalf and to make trading decisions under the Programme independently of the Company. Citi will purchase the Company's ordinary shares, as riskless principal, subject to certain parameters agreed between the Company and Citi, and the Company's right to terminate the Agreement in certain circumstances. Today, the Company announces that the duration of the Programme has been extended from 31 March 2026 to 3 June 2026, unless completed or terminated earlier. The purchase of ordinary shares under the Programme will be effected within the scope of any authority to repurchase ordinary shares conferred on the Company in its general meeting, the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Companies Act 2006 and the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rules.
