Further to the announcement on 27 March 2000, Forbidden Technologies plc
announces that the timetable for its proposed five for one share split is as
follows:
15 May 2000 Record Date
EGM to authorise, inter alia, changes to share capital structure
16 May 2000 Dealings commence in the new shares pursuant to the five for
one split
Crest accounts credited
22 May 2000 Share certificates posted
Pending issue of share certificates, the Registrar will certify transfers
against the share register.
