Vianet Group PLC announced on October 14, 2025, the purchase of 52,000 ordinary shares at a price of 65.80 pence per share. These purchased shares will be cancelled. Vianet Group PLC (the "Company") Share Buyback and Total Voting Rights Further to the Company's announcement made on 3 December 2024, and several subsequent purchases the Company announces that, on 14 October 2025, it purchased a further 52,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
