Appointment of New Director
Vianet Group PLC announced the appointment of Sarah Bentham, aged 41, as CFO, succeeding Mark Foster who stepped down prior to the AGM on July 16, 2025. Bentham's appointment follows the Final Results announcement on June 10, 2025. She has been with the Group for 12 years and served as Finance Director for Vianet Limited for over five years. Sarah has made excellent progress since joining the Group some 12 years ago, and has been Finance Director for Vianet Limited, our trading company for over five years. In addition to being on point for all the normal financial reporting responsibilities of a listed business, she leads procurement and support for the commercial teams in our two divisions.
