Shanti Spintex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Annual Report including the Directors' Report and its annexures for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, the Notice convening the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company, and other matters incidental thereto, including the appointment of the Internal Auditor and the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
