Pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Members of Shakti Press Limited in AGM (IncludingRemote E-Voting) on September 26, 2025, and pursuant to the "In-principle Approvals" granted by theBSE on January 02, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 52,30,000 (Fifty Two LakhThirty Thousand) Fully Convertible Equity Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to 12 allottees onJanuary 17, 2026 at an issue price of Rs. 27.25/- per warrant including a premium of Rs. 17.25/- perwarrant on preferential basis in second tranche in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations, 2018.
