As the Company is planning the issuance of shares and payment of cash to purchase assets and raise supporting funds in connection with a related party transaction, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, upon the application of the Company, trading in its A-shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on August 11, 2026. The suspension is expected to last no more than 10 trading days.
