At the 31st meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, the Company deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the 'Plan for the Issuance of Shares and Payment in Cash to Purchase Assets, Raising of Supporting Funds, and Related Party Transactions' and Its Summary," along with other proposals related to this transaction. In accordance with relevant regulations, upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading in the Company's A-shares will resume from the market opening on August 25, 2026.
