In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("The Code"), we wish to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026 and the same will re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and insiders of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
