On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Rekha Vishal Jhanwar (Membership No. A42596) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from Thursday, June 25, 2026. Also, the Board has authorized Mrs. Rekha Vishal Jhanwar for the purpose of making necessary disclosure of material events / information to the stock exchange together with the existing authorized persons as per the Company's policy.
