Resignation of Board Member Fabio Borsoi

Seri Industrial announces that on November 8, 2024, Eng. Fabio Borsoi, a non-executive director and independent member under TUF regulations, as well as a member of the Control, Risk, and Sustainability Committee, tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Seri Industrial S.p.A., effective immediately, for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors thanks Eng. Fabio Borsoi for his important contributions over the years and will proceed with his replacement in accordance with legal requirements.
